UniHire Lab is a recruitment agency founded in 2026 by Paula Sameh, our owner and CEO. We connect call-center and BPO talent — English, French and Spanish accounts — with the industry's biggest names across Cairo & Giza. Every offer on this website is real, hand-picked, and owned by one of our recruiters: you always work with a person, never a pipeline. Applying is free; we also offer paid CV services if you want your CV professionally written or submitted.
How to apply — step by step.
1 · Browse the open roles
Go to the Jobs page and filter by category, format or search by company. Every offer shows the salary, location and requirements up front — no surprises.
2 · Pick your role & read the details
Open the role that fits you. Check the language level (B1/B2/C1), shifts and benefits, and see which recruiter owns the role — that's the person who'll guide you.
3 · Apply in under two minutes
Hit 'Apply now' and fill the short form: name, phone, email, your area, graduation & military status. No account needed, no CV required to start.
4 · Your recruiter contacts you
Your application goes straight to the recruiter who owns that role. They call or WhatsApp you, check your level, and prep you for the interview.
5 · Interview, offer & day one
We coordinate the interview, help you negotiate the offer, and stay with you through your first weeks so the placement sticks.
